Terms of Membership (in brief) - Full Terms and Conditions available on request
 
  1. The Vehicle Hire Directory may at its entire discretion determine whether to accept any application for a listing whether free or paid for.
  2. Where membership has been paid for and the member ship is subsequently rejected, the applicant will be entitled to a full refund of any monies paid.
  3. No application for a listing will be considered without the name of the owner of the business, the trading name of business, a full postal address (box numbers are not acceptable) and at fixed telephone number.
  4. The applicant provided the editors of the Vehicle Hire Directory complete discretion to edit or make changes to any entries. Where the applicant does not agree with the changes, they will be entitled to ask for the listing to be removed and in the event that they have paid for the listing, they will be entitled to a full refund.
  5. In the case of edits made to 'paid listings' the applicant must notify the editors of any objections within 7 days of the change to qualify for a full refund, failing which any credit shall be at the full discretion of the editors.
  6. Payment for a listing does not automatically entitle the applicant to have the business listed, the editors of the Vehicle Hire Directory may, at there absolute discretion, deny any listing without providing any reason whatsoever. However, where a listing has been rejected, the applicant shall be entitled to a full refund.
  7. In the event that the editors of the Vehicle Hire Directory decide, at their entire discretion, that a listing should mo longer be included in the directory, then the editors shall be entitled to remove such listing without providing any reasons for doing so. In the event that it is a paid listing, the applicant shall be entitled to a prorate rebate as determined by the editors.
  8. Where a complaint has been received against a company listed in the Vehicle Hire Directory, the editors shall be entitled to suspend membership whilst an investigation takes place or remove the listing at the entire discretion of the editors. In the event that it is a paid listing, the applicant shall be entitled to a prorate rebate as determined by the editors.
  9. Any applicant that is not willing to accept these conditions should not apply for a listing.
  10. The terms and conditions contained herein are non-negotiable.
